Established in 1998, Auto Depot has served the area by providing late-model, quality pre-owned vehicles to the retail customer. www.DriveAutoDepot.com As an extension of serving the retail customer, Auto Depot Remarketing offers a liquidation service linking financial institutions with unwanted reposessions directly to the retail customer, creating tremendous savings for both parties by cutting out the middlemen. Our goal is to sell bank-owned vehicles for the greatest return, quickly and as hassle-free as possible, saving lenders time and money, allowing them to focus on making loans rather than selling vehicles. Auto Depot Remarketing is licensed and bonded. Our History Auto Depot Remarketing is comprised of a management team with over 100 years of combined experience in the Automotive Industry. An employee owned company; we are a team of individuals who believe in each other and in the service that we provide to the financial industry as well as the retail customer. Beginning as a mobile car wash, Auto Depot grew into a wholesale establishment turning out over 200 cars per month. Having since grown into a retail store averaging over 100+ cars sold per month with a remarketing company serving lenders across the nation. We have proven dedication to industry partners. Our Retail program allows you to cut out the middlemen and offer your collateral directly to the public for the highest return. Proceeds are determined up front so there are no surprises and you can begin your charge off procedures. Proceeds are calculated on a formula using Kelley Blue Book versus market values secured at auction.
We offer your wholesale units at local dealer auctions with effective customized service that is different than other remarketing services. Once your collateral is assessed, we will choose the auction currently bringing the most money for the type of repossession we are liquidating. We store your repossessions at our secured lot until your NOIT expires and the unit is ready to sell. Units are freshly detailed, mechanically adjusted and minor cosmetic enhancements are completed. We transport the units to the chosen auction the day prior to the sale. All units go directly to their run number spot instead of an offsite storage lot. Our staff oversees your collateral the day of the sale to make sure they run across the block and are not left behind due to lost keys, misplacement, dead batteries or lack of gas! Our staff represents your inventory on the block to encourage dealer interest and personal interaction. We will make sure to secure the highest bid available in the lanes for your approval if the bids do not reach your approved floor. We will assist you in determining an appropriate floor price by providing a current Kelley Blue Book and Manheim Market Report (MMR). If you are not familiar with the MMR, it is a real time system that will report what like units have sold for at auction.
Repossession Assignment We will assign and track your asset recovery. We understand the importance of managing your assignments through regular updates. We have a network of licensed and bonded recovery specialists that are able to find your collateral throughout the United States. We have completed a comprehensive due diligence on all of our vendors and are proud of the professional service they provide. Updates are posted on our web based system for your 24 hour/ 7day viewing. Transportation & Delivery Repossessions may be delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can arrange transportation from your Repossession or storage company. Insurance Adjusters Your Insurance Adjusters/Appraisers may view vehicles Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. We will not on your vehicle condition report if the unit has sustained collision damage of $500+. Redemptions Customers/Members may redeem their collateral Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm by appointment only. We will make sure the vehicle is pulled out and ready and given a wash and vacuum as a courtesy to your Customer/Member. We strive to make the redemption process a positive one. Impounds We will store 30 day impounds with no storage fees. This allows your customer/member a better chance of being able to redeem their vehicle by cutting out extra fees. Bankruptcy Holds We will store your collateral that is on hold for Bankruptcy until it is discharged with no storage fees. Out of State
